Most people think of Twitter success as to how many clicks or conversions they are getting. But ultimately it’s the likes and retweets which determines the Twitter success and make your campaign more effective and broaden its range.
Most of
us are guilty of sharing the tweets of the famous people who have millions of
followers and that is why their tweets go viral every time they post something.
Twitter is getting more popular with each passing day and nowadays most trends
start on twitter first and then catch on to rest of the platforms. So, if you
go viral on twitter then it can really help your campaign and in turn, gain some followers
and even some loyal customers.
But I
have to warn you that these methods will work only if you put eye-catching
content and not something that is utter garbage.
Just
ask for it!
It looks simple right! But it is not because anyone can ask for it and not everything trends on twitter. According to a study any tweets which contain the word please has a higher chance of getting retweeted than a normal tweet.
It works
like a charm!
But to be
successful at it you’d need to create something beautiful content and then ask
your followers to retweet it. And if they now their tweet also asking their
follower to retweet them so you see it’s like a chain formed and the tweet will
spread like fire before you know it.
But
remember one thing is that you have to maintain a balance between your tweets
and cannot ask for retweets on everything you post.
Timing
needs to be perfect
The
timing of putting a tweet matters more than you think it does.
Now,
imagine if you have created an awesome content, and by your assessment, that’s
the best content you’ve ever posted and now you wait for the retweets but you
get nothing.
If you
think this was because of the content of the tweet then you’re dead wrong.
The real
reason for this is the timing of your tweet, maybe you’ve posted at such a time
when news about something was more powerful than your tweet so it gets buried
into the storm that the social media was having at that moment.
Use a
catching headline
If your
followers are not willing to click on the link you’ve posted then how come you
expect them to retweet it.
Now, you
need to create something catchy for the headline which pulls the audience like
a magnet.
You can try it yourself by posting an out of the world headline and see the results. You’ll be surprised how people react to the headline.

But keep
one thing in mind, if you create a headline that is clickbait and the content
is not inside then you’re in trouble.
This will
impact your future followings and you need to tell the truth and never lie
about anything. Create something catchy and fun that is filled with what your
content is all about then you’ll go viral.
